There are now over 730 abstracts and more than 900 users from 55 countries for ICSV22. The abstracts submitted to date can be viewed at: http://icsv22.org/index.php?va=viewpage&vaid=175 .The ICSV22 Technical Programme is currently under construction. We can still accept some late abstracts, but they should be sent as soon as possible and no later than 31 January 2015 to make sure that they are included in the session desired.

Please note that Early-Bird Registration is available if paid before 15 December 2014. Payments can be made on-line by credit card or by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, then the bank transfer has to be submitted by 15 December 2014 and a scanned copy of the bank-transfer receipt should be provided by email attachment to Margarita Maksotskaya at mam0066@auburn.edu or fax 1-334-844-3306.

Authors, who have already indicated they would like their full papers to be refereed, should submit their full papers no later than 31 January 2015. The Full Paper Submission Deadline date of 31 January 2015 for full papers undergoing review will be strictly enforced. For non-refereed papers, the full paper submission deadline as well as early registration is 15 March 2014. Thank you and we hope to hear from you soon.

July is a very busy month in Florence. Once you have filled in the registration form, you will be sent a code to unable to reserve a room at a discounted rate at one of the hotels at which block of rooms have been reserved. We suggest booking a room early to avoid disappointment. If necessary, cancellations can be made no later than two days before arrival.

The SkyTeam group of airlines has been selected for our congress. Special rates are available through the ICSV22 website. Not only are the fares reduced but there are more flexibility with travel dates.
